Access Sport ‘Sporting Classics’ Charity Dinner
The Dorchester, London
Elysium revealed a new set list at a fundraising dinner for Access Sport, a charity that works towards improving access to youth sport in the UK, at The Dorchester on Thursday 25th October.
As well as sporting favourites ‘World in Union’ and ‘Nessun Dorma’, Elysium enraptured their audience with new performances of ‘You Raise Me Up’, a recent hit for Westlife and Josh Groban, and Aretha Franklin’s ‘I Say A Little Prayer’.
Many of Access Sport’s Ambassadors were in attendance including Josh Lewsey, who had just returned from the Rugby World Cup in France, Mark Foster and James Cracknell. The evening raised a significant amount of money, which will be invested in Access Sport’s partner youth sports clubs.

The Official O2 England Rugby Send-Off Dinner took place on 30th August at the Arena at the O2. The evening was hosted by Ben Shephard and Kirsty Gallacher and featured entertainment from Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra, DJ Goldierocks and Elysium.
Elysium gave the defending champions the send-off they deserved at their Official farewell party prior to the 2007 Rugby World Cup in France. The Opera Diva trio serenaded the England boys over dinner, where the whole team, with their management and support staff, were in attendance. In an emotional evening for the players, reminiscing over 2003 and looking forward to this year's campaign to retain the Webb Ellis Cup, Elysium gave an inspirational performance to send the boys on their way, singing classic sporting anthems "World in Union"‚ and "Nessun Dorma".

Official UK Launch of the Sporting Chance Foundation, Sugar Quay Jetty, London
Elysium were the perfect choice of entertainment to launch the Sporting Chance Foundation, which aims to improve the lives of underprivileged children through the medium of sport, with their emotive performances of classic sporting anthems.
Elysium performed two sets to an intimate crowd from the corporate, sports and media world as the sun went down over Tower Bridge, creating an enchanting atmosphere for former England rugby player, Phil Greening, to promote the purpose of his Sporting Chance Foundation to his guests.

Bunbury’s 21st Birthday Party, Grosvenor House Hotel, London
Opera Divas Elysium welcomed over 1000 guests to The Bunbury’s 21st Birthday Party celebrations at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Thursday 10th May.
Elysium formed part of an evening featuring some of the entertainment world’s biggest stars including Rory Bremner, Stephen Fry and Robin Gibb with The Bee Gees Band.
Members of the celebrity cricket club enraptured by Elysium’s performance included rock legends Eric Clapton and Bill Wyman and sporting heroes including Martin Johnson, Ian Botham and Ian Wright.

Heineken Cup Semi-Final Pre-match Performance - Ricoh Arena, Coventry
Elysium took part in a pre-match performance in the Jaguar Exhibition Hall at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry in front of 3,500 supporters attending the Heineken Cup Semi Final between London Wasps and Northampton Saints. Three songs were performed: World In Union, Jerusalem and Nessun Dorma and were raptuously received by the crowds .

An audience of invited industry professionals were left spellbound by Elysium's performance
at their showcase launch party, in the exquisite surrounds of the Hurlingham Club, on Tuesday 20th
February. Elysium members Amelia Whiteman, Annalise Whittlesea and Ceri-Ann Gregory, demonstrated
their versatile repertoire to a captivated audience ranging from classic sporting anthems such as Never
Walk Alone to a more up-tempo, sassy performance of All That Jazz. The
evening ended with a beautiful rendition of Amazing Grace.
The launch, hosted by Fireball Ltd, also featured a showcase from other event suppliers and entertainers
including Jayne Copperwaite Floral Design, Budweiser, Uptown Events, Justerini and Brooks, Salon Privé and
David Weeks Magic.

Elysium made a star turn at the
Cure Leukaemia Charity Ball, at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham on Saturday 2nd December. The
girls who were dressed exclusively in Lily & Ginger evening wear, performed Amazing Grace to open
the show to a packed house of 800 guests. Later in the evening they serenaded Nessun Dorma to
a table of guests who had bid substantial sums of money for the privilege during the auction.
The evening supported The Cure Leukaemia Charity which was set up by a group of dedicated haematologists, patients and friends to raise funds to support the development of the Leukaemia Centre and its care of leukaemia patients.
July 11th - 14th 2006 -
Salon Prive at The Hurlingham Club, London
Elysium performed during the cocktail reception and after dinner for two evenings of Salon Prive.
Salon Prive is a private and luxury Super car show, held at the exceedingly prestigious Hurlingham Club in South West London. Exhibitors at the show included Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Maybach and Aston Martin Racing.
